Refund Policy

At Vaester every timepiece is selected to reflect precision, style, and reliability. If your purchase does not meet expectations, refund requests may be submitted under the following conditions.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging and condition.
• Customized or engraved products may not be eligible for refund.

• Returned products will be inspected upon arrival.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
